  • 1 fried egg

First, toast your bread. Then spread the avocado on your toast. Then layer your tomato and fried egg with a pinch of salt and pepper.

You may add a small amount of romaine lettuce or olive oil to top it off. Then, cover your sandwich with the last piece of bread.

Top your bean mash with red onion, cucumber, and avocado. Then cover with your other piece of bread.
